This listing is for Mermaid Weed. We usually sold this plant in the emersed form which means they grow out of the surface of the water. Emersed plants are tougher and hardier than the delicate submersed form. When grow submersed underwater with high light and rich based nutrient, Mermaid Weed will turn pink to red in color. Mermaid Weed prefers a high light and CO2 for optimum growth.
