Buk Choy Cantong White is a cold resistant variety with thick white stems. This delicious Chinese (Asian) vegetable form tight rosettes of deep green leaves with broad white, crisp stalks. Slow bolting and very uniform in size. A fast growing annual for the warmer months, best suited to fertile soil with plenty of watering, it will be ready to eat in five weeks. Great for stir frying.
